If the problem is a bit too complicated to resolve over the phone, then we can connect to your PC remotely and fix the problem.
On-Site Support
For problems that are truly complex and disruptive, we offer an on-site support service depending on what is convenient for you. Unlike many providers of IT Support that are based well outside London, our valuable location means that we can travel anywhere across the city quickly.
